Busy night tonight, we had our eldest daughters school parents evening which dragged on a bit but well done Sophie for being clever. They had been learning about good and bad foods to eat as one of there projects, so this picture covers both good and bad food angles; good: because obviously they're full of healthy nutrients and general super-food-ness, and bad: because Sophie hates tomatoes!
